Oh, you mean a video debunking the findings of the NTSB. Without doxing myself, I’ll grant you that some aviation accidents cause differences of opinion regarding probably cause, at least in early stages, of some aviation accidents. This was not one of them.

I haven’t looked up the statutory/regulatory authority that creates the agency but would expect they are charged with finding “probable cause.”
Not sure exactly how you’re getting your conclusions. Guys make just as emotionally driven decisions, including how to spend money. See boats, cars, sports, fishing/hunting trips, “big boy toys,” women, beer, etc. Wives regularly justify spending $50.00 because hubby just spent $5,000.
“Native Americans” are not indigenous to North America. They got here first and fought for control and spoils among the tribes for centuries before being partially conquered and partially agreeing to treaties with Europeans.
