I already hear chatter of hurricane level civil enforcement here in Houston for the CV virus that appears to have infected ONE person. That means curfew, water boil order, self quarantine and even using the Astrodome as a shelter…. because seeking out 50,000 random persons with whom you ride out "the storm" seems far more advisable than staying in one's home and washing your hands.
