The "Great Work" is not a bout globalism. That is the hijacked meaning.
According to esoteric philosophy, the Great Work is accomplished by the Sun and the Moon with the aid of Mercury.
The esoteric sciences were around a lot longer than the masons. Kaballah is referred to the science of the many universes. It was passed down to humankiind to use as caretakers, but instead, it was hijacked and the symbols and meanings perverted.
All things were made by God. It is humans who have taken God's creations and twisted them to their own agendas.
To understand the true nature of the esoteric sciences, one has to look past the man made agendas to the actual source.
That source is God!
