Earlier today someone found a speech by then candidate trump in Rochester, NY.
At that point he discussed the stateline of NY and PA where fracking is rampant in PA, but illegal in NY.

He says, at two different points in the speech: "Boom boom boom" and "bomb."
Interestingly, the Q drop references US oil independance, and POTUS is saying BOOM BOOM BOOM in a speech about fracking…
