Actually, i dont know if carbomer will get peroxide. I'll try it tomorrow at work.
It's generally a hydroqlcoholic gelling agent.
Maybe some iodine in there too?

I've taken 98% ethanol with a 30% dilution amd made a gel that can be put into purell bottles and taken onto airplanes, concerts.
Peroxide is highly liquid and a bleaching agent, so watch all around you.
If I can gel it I will update tomorrow…much simpler to use on hands.
If SHTF, i have a 55 gallon barrel of 98%, non-denatured ethanol.
