The was some talk here recently about PTSD and the toll the truth of this world can take on a kind soul, even just from behind a monitor. The huge outpouring of support from 50+ anons was amazing, but not surprising. I also saw a post that said whatever makes this a better place to be is a good post. Agreed.

I have a secret coping mechanism. I sing. It really helps me relax and reset emotionally. Amazingly so. You should do it too. Even humming or chanting is amazing as long as you resonate properly (think monks). Hold any note, resonate and relax around it. Create space for it. Start the note like a sigh, from a full but relaxed chest of air. Lean on it, but don't push on it. Rest your body and soul on it. Relax fully, neck, jaw, tongue, palette, no tension anywhere, like a reed in the wind. Good posture then smile. Feel it from your head to your toes.

Anyway, there is a tune called "Superman's Song" by the Crash Test Dummies that reminds me of Anons every time I sing it, which is regularly. I thought you might like to know.

"Superman never made any money, saving the world from Solomon Grundy."

I almost posted a karaoke-into-a-cellphone version, kek, but decided to spare you that and link to the original.

God bless you all, hang in there, and thanks for everything.
