>What do anons think about Bitcoin and other cryptos?

When BTC first appeared I thought it was a very intriguing idea. But then I watched it slowly devolved into a consensual ponzi scheme. It's too impractical.

>Why not use blockchain linked to each person's unique ID for the upcoming voting?

How exactly would that work? Blockchain isn't do-anything magic.

If you want to be able to verify votes, then I'd suggest a system or serial-numbered paper ballots with stubs with the numbers that could be torn off. Optical scan would keep a record of the votes on each individual ballot. Then go to a website, type in the number, and see that your votes were counted correctly. For privacy, they would not record the ID of the person a particular ballot was given to.
