If Biden took millions as a bribe and was planned to be China's future U.S. Presidential puppet and if Biden suspects or knows that he is busted, would he still not be forced to run because he took the money? Wouldn't he do everything he could as to not actually win?
China paid for him and owns him, he has to run but if he loses, well he can say he tried and failed.
This would explain the weird behavior.
