looked at Q#3004 [-21] as extension of this. think it may point to [-21] day countdown to Huber activation / offensive, 1 yr delta from date stamp 9 MAR 2019
interdastingly, this would be almost perfect 2 yr delta from when news broke about Huber in 2018, off by only a single day on the day #. wondering if this isn't a function of extra day in 2020 leap year.
