absolutely Illegals MUST fill out the census and MUST self identify as non-citizens. This is just a ploy to get more democrat districts and more money based on population. However, if Trump's administration is smart, they can cross reference multiple social security numbers with census and figure out where all the illegals are at, then deport them.
