Honestly, it is very unlikely that a CSPAN camera from that position would have the resolution to enlarge a still grab to read that phone. The most likely solution still lies with Chip Somodevilla / Getty or Andrew Harrer / Bloomberg (or any other shooter during the night who can be identified as shooting from that position at approximately the correct time in the speech.)
Unfortunately most of Harrer's stuff dropped off Bloomberg quickly after the dig, and Getty is not going to be responsive to Anon pressure. The only way to get those would be pressure from a news corp or publisher (Fox maybe?) They'll have to dig them out of the dark depths of an archive, or lean on a shooter to give them up of of a private drive.
