This makes is troubling.

 

I have manboobs, but not because I eat soy, but because I got really fat really fast when I was a kid.

 

I lift weights, have a hairy chest, can deadlift over 400lbs but I still have saggy skin.

 

i've also been eating keto and doing intermittent fasting. It sucks I can't take my shirt off at a beach because of saggy hairy tits.

 

I must say, it's gotten better with time, but its still a bitch

I've been researching this. Did you have the skin after losing the weight? How long did you fast for? I've been doing 1-2 40 hour+ water fasts per week. How did you do it? Did you lose a significant amount of mass? Follow me in the next bread because I'm super interested in your experience.
