This makes is troubling.
I have manboobs, but not because I eat soy, but because I got really fat really fast when I was a kid.
I lift weights, have a hairy chest, can deadlift over 400lbs but I still have saggy skin.
i've also been eating keto and doing intermittent fasting. It sucks I can't take my shirt off at a beach because of saggy hairy tits.
I must say, it's gotten better with time, but its still a bitch
