Just a reminder…. The unemployment rate has little meaning. The labor force participation rate is the true trend to watch. Although America is still a very sick country employment wise and the present economy is not even close to the "greatest economy ever" as you can see from the chart at least Trump did stop the carnage and has worked hard and reversing the trend. Speaking from experience this is hardly the "Greatest Economy Ever". I pray Trump does not believe this because if this is true we are all screwed. The economy before "layoffs" were a thing might be a good barometer to look at.

Not everyone on this board is under 30, some of us are caregivers for people we love who have less healthy immune systems. Before you go about assuring our families we are safe you better know what you are talking about.

Have you ever wondered how we can print billions to prop up the stock market which after a 100 years is now mostly owned by the 1%? But we have to cut medicare and let the elderly freeze in their homes because we can't print money for them?

This is where we could use some clarity. Obviously our country has been brainwashed to be less concerned if the virus is killing off our parents and elderly folks. We have also been brainwashed to put "others" children first before our own parents. I don't discount the life of anyone based on age, but does POTUS?

Since I can't afford the luxury of getting sick since it would be a death sentence for my parents I prepared weeks ago including buying the correct p100 masks and hand sanitizer. All this to protect us from the folks who think 8 people dying from the virus in a nursing home is a nothing burger and are out and about spreading some kind of death sentence for our folks.
