RRs insiders/owners follow a template to ensure their chosen ones dominate and monoplize industry and control resources. Standard Oil came to control 90%+ of oil industry in late 1890's and RR made that possible. Has to do with rebates to their chosen trust/company and surcharges to competitors which are then kicked back to the monopoly holder they support.
