I have noticed that instead of great big things habbenings, a lot of what POTUS has accomplished has been by just letting things fizzle out. Not renewing things. Not replacing people who are removed or "retire". Deregulating. Downsizing. Defunding. Things habbening that most people aren't paying attention to because they are being distracted with other things that are more showy. Laser pointer says look here, not there, so as far as the public is concerned, it is a non issue.
