1-3 and 3-1 (mirror vertically) but also from :20 to :39 it mirrors horizontally. It all adds up. Yet I still cannot find THE PATTERN to easily read the clock.

3-1 is vertically mirrored between two keystones in each line (:35 till :40) and also horizontally between :20 and :40.

There are 2 between the two marked events on both the :39 line and the :20 line.

The three news articles at the bottom are about air strikes, air bases, air Force. The spelling error in the Feb 15 tweet misspelled ROLE (ROLL -BARREL ROLL -> PLANE), talks about FIRE (air strike?) and mentions "4" Seperate Occasions.

Then the tweet where POTUS stays HOME is sent 5 days after he cancelled PELOSI's FLIGHT to Brussels, Egypt and Afghanistan using the Air Force.

5:5 is the size of the key stone. 5 days after that Trump tweets about staying HOME.

Then, the DECLAS drop is connected to the Feb 15 tweet by Time AND date.

I am missing a lot on :58 yet but as it was work in progress and I can't give a fuck anymore because I can't get it to work.
