Mormon Investment Fund Worth 38 Billion - ONE FUND

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints’ largest investment fund had nearly $38 billion in stocks and mutual funds at the end of 2019, according to a filing that sheds new light on the faith’s finances.

The fund called Ensign Peak Advisors submitted a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 14 disclosing its holdings, which include $1.5 billion each in Apple and Microsoft, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Saturday.

The church also owned $930 million in Google stock and $855 million in Amazon.

A man who claimed to be a missing Kansas boy has died by suicide.

The man, who recently made social media posts and videos saying he was Adam Herrman, took his own life, Butler County Sheriff Kelly Herzet confirmed Saturday.

Herzet said he believed the man was suffering from a mental health crisis when he claimed to be Herrman, who went missing from his Towanda home in the spring of 1999.

Herzet said the man’s claim was a hoax. The man worked at the county jail, and the sheriff knows the man’s family. Despite this, the sheriff’s office collected DNA to compare the man's identity to Herrman’s. Results are not back.

Appearing on CNN, Bill Clinton claims that the millions the Clintons made from speeches paid for by foreign individuals and entities who had business before Hillary’s State Department were innocent and coincidental.

“[Hillary] was pretty busy those years,” Clinton said. “I never saw her study a list of my contributors, and I had no idea who was doing business before the State Department.”

Bill added: “No one has ever asked me for anything…I never thought about whether there was any overlap.”

Besides, as Bill explained, in a Bloomberg interview last week, “Has anybody proved that we did anything objectionable? No.”
