As far as I can discern, how far you ascend up the ladder in any industry has nothing to do with how smart or talented you are. It's about how USEFUL to those in power you are. Being a smooth-talking, sociopathic brainlet is infinitely more helpful in modern society than being a truthful autist. The biggest issue seems to be that once certifiably evil people get into power, they try and shape everyone else to be as evil as they are. We're having EvilVision™ being broadcast at us and everyone we know 24/7. And as a result, everyone's much more narcissistic, self-involved and indifferent to the suffering of others than they should be. Knowing just how easy it is for evil to gain power is the first step, being conscious of the potential in all of us.

The 4-6% are going to be an interesting dilemma for humanity to deal with. When talking about almost 8 billion people, that's a TON of problem people running around.

Most of the older ones could probably easily be convicted of high treason for the mind control they've inflicted on the government. You can see the light gone in their eyes, they're lost for good. Half my family comes from the LA area, some involved in Hollywood in fairly high levels. They're nice to my face but there's something… off. I don't know anything for sure, but there's NO way they could be in the positions they're in with the connections they have and NOT be a part of the dark underbelly of this world.
