Unfortunately readability of the text is poor.

Can I recommend you switch to a font with sharp corners and ditch the rounded bubble font?

The sharp corners help a lot with readability.

Also it just never works to overlay a ton of text on a busy high-contrast background. No matter what you do to help it pop out, it just annoys people and makes them bypass the meme.
