It turns out, at this time, you cannot compare one quantum computer against another simply based on the size of the register (number of qubits). Other factors are relevant including how the qubits are read, toggled. In some machine architectures this is a probabilitistic endeavor. In some machines a given qubit influences adjacent ones, or the qubits get to 'vote' on their value.

It's worth reading up on quantum computer architectures to get a better understanding of the differences.
