Agree. At one time, my most prized possession was my Stephen King book collection. I've been reading and buying his books for over 45 years. It is so disappointing that his public political comments have soured that for me. I hold out for the hope that someday I'll once again be able to watch a movie, listen to music, and read some good fiction with pure enjoyment, and not see the manipulation we've been subjected to through media programming.
I haven't bought any of his books in the last several years. Like I said, it's soured for me now. I don't even have the desire to read him anymore.
