However the description of it as HUGE is unsupported by the available data.
Without knowing its distance from the camera, one cannot infer size.
It could in fact be something quite tiny crawling across the lens. Or something large or huge further away.

Tried reasoning with them 2x in PBs
to no avail. Asked for realistic

Reminds me of several past shills
