Obama holdovers Dr. William Walters and Ian Brownlee. DoS Senior Foreign Service 30-years who countermanded @POTUS' order that NO infected citizen be flown back to CONUS.
Brownlee not only flew them back, the infected were split into TWO groups and flew on BOTH of the chartered aircraft with NON-infected passengers who weren't told of their infected co-passengers. It gets worse, rather than one common destination the two aircraft flew to TWO SEPARATE destinations. At BOTH of these airports, there were NO protocol controls for separating the infected and no quarantining. Upon landing, ALL passengers were allowed to freely come into direct contact with family members and other loved ones as well as the general public.
Ian Brownlee did EVERYTHING in his power to assure the most efficient spread of the virus in the U.S. short of chartering separate aircraft for EACH of the infected passengers, making sure that each aircraft flew to separate destinations and that there were NO CDC pandemic protocols set up to receive these passengers.
Last, Ian Brownlee (or his DS partners stateside) made sure that the White House would not be informed of the actual situation until ONE HOUR after the two aircraft landing at the two uninformed, unprepared airports.
Brownlee was ordered not to return those who had contracted the coronavirus by President Trump at the advice of the Center for Disease Control.
That’s when Brownlee decided he was president and not Trump, and he sent all Foutteen back to the US on two separate planes. The CDC did not want them returned on the same plane with those not infected with the disease.
reports later emerged that people on the flights had no idea they were sharing yet another even more confined space with infected individuals. And a whistle-blower within the Dept. Of Human Heath Services has come forward about the lack of CDC pandemic protocols in place.

(CN) — A whistleblower complaint filed on Thursday claims the Department of Health and Human Services failed to follow safety protocols when health workers met American evacuees of the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak.
More than a dozen workers who met with U.S. citizens after they were evacuated from Wuhan, China lacked appropriate gear and training according to a Washington Post report citing the complaint.
According to the redacted complaint obtained by the Washington Post, the whistleblower reported that staff were not properly trained or “equipped to operate in a public health emergency situation.”

The health workers, according to the report filed to the Office of the Special Counsel, were then allowed to come in contact with others.
The whistleblower, who is thought to be a longtime HHS official, claims she was unfairly reassigned after raising flags about the alleged conduct.
In a press conference on the subject that night, however, President Donald Trump said he does not think the spread is inevitable.
“We are very, very ready for this,” the president said.
During the Wednesday night press conference, Trump announced Vice President Mike Pence will lead the Trump administration’s response to the coronavirus.
The administration requested about $2.5 billion in emergency funding from Congress this week to aid a task force meant to combat the virus
