wonder if Gov Cuomo could answer a simple question, in the prior months, what additional training and education did the NY state dept of health provide for hospitals abd healthcare providers specific to the covid-19? Not just repearing the basic flu season alerts, but identifying, reporting, quarantining and supplies needed for covid-19.
Know from diggs page by page on the WA state DOH, they offered nopublic details of preparation. Wonder if NY is the same.
(of course were cuomo to provide the most likely answer, would reveal the President is correct…).
