Serious question. How many days of worldwide boycott (self imposed quarantine) would it take to finish off the elite?
I've been doing all the research on the Dutch East India company. It goes much further back but for simplicity I'll leave it at that.

We were hit with that about a month or two ago. Spouse hit with nasty cough. I had a bad case of nausea and sneezing. The aching pain was the worst part.
