Taking expectorant to break up the cough that crept in on day 2 - tight throat/tickle was the precursor. Cough was dry and unproductive at first. Without hydrating a lot, it would have been very bad.
I think of all the people who drink tons of soda and live on fast food…they are gonna get really sick really fast with this stuff, whether flu or corona.
