God Loving anons,
I struggle greatly with authority, as most are not worthy of the power they have been granted.
Since as early as I can remember, I always ask why, of everything.
I have tried throughout my life to subscribe to the bible and it's teachings.
If God so loved the world, where has your understanding and research resulted in explaining why God's word is not first and foremost protected for all to know and hear, clear and concise, not dependent on time, place, and ethnicity/language?
I don't understand how it is loving to aide in humans ability to be deceived, that they must discern who is telling the truth while also instructing you to obey your elders (misled/deceived) who darken the innocence of the child/innocent?
My heart aches for truth and their is none, only belief and faith in stories of mixed (incompatible) languages / tribes and history.
Where in the information era and yet truth facts and discernment is hidden and bifurcated and your soul supposedly hangs in the balance, guess wrong and eternal fire, do the right thing (turn cheek) and you suffer now for future bliss.
I'm sincerely not challenging your beliefs, but searching for those arguments that won you past these contradictions.
I feel like a human in a cage with a lion and no means of self defense ( quid pro / faith death resurrection) or the vengeance and hunger of the beast.
