I used to drive past that place all the time.
That whole area is badly run down and the other crossroad of Miracle Mile (state route 77) is a shithole with strip clubs, prostitution, and drug houses.
The Department of Homeland security has an office a few miles north as well, also on Oracle, if that means anything.
