Wonder if during the prior months the NY State health department provided additional education and training to airports, hospitals and healthcare providers specific to covid-19. Or did they just provide the seasonal influenza season alert and hygeine tips?
Diggs on Washington State DOH webpages indicate no specific covid-19 education beyond referencing CDC resources, and no training was noted on the webpages.
Likely other states did not provide covid-19 education prior to reported US cases.
Statistics of US funds distributed thru just the USAID agency of the US STate Department. US funds could also be channeled thru other agencies. Also the public charts and annual budget reports just give summations and rarely provide details as to persons, receveiving agency or banks.
