This question is for the shipfags. How many, and what kind of ships are being told to stay offshore? I can find some info related to cruise ships, but what if ships with shipping containers are being held off as well? We know that China has been smuggling people into this country for a long time. What might be in those shipping containers if they are being held offshore or re-routed?
