No, this is a post floating around on twitter. Someone posted this to their twitter, and it was rt'd a few times. It shows the twitter poster calling out POTUS as Q+, while saying "TY for confirming comms". Q took that screengrab and posted it here as a head nod, instead of RT'ing it.
I think she got her confirmation :-)
