Most people tend to assume that we or Q are rigging for red, but we don't really know that, although it may be.
Could it mean that the cabal is being hit so hard that they are starting to go underground to avoid any more damage instead of being right in our faces all the time? That they may be resorting to more less visable tactics?
I dunno, just tossing that out there exploring the possible meanings.
That crossed my mind as well. Yeah it could mean that too.
