I'm not naive enough to 100% presume Q's intentions couldn't be deceitful here, but both of these references are to Jesus in their uncorrupted form.

It's undisputedly who John 3:16 is referring to. But with Q, is that who it's about or the only who it's about? I think it almost certainly has a John Kennedy layer, and it being in Q35 only firms up that speculation.

I think it's fair to say that any Christian (and others) sincerely/seriously following Q has an eye constantly open to potential end-times, antichrist sorta treachery.
