any means testing on the job descriptions, successful candidate's actual skills and the purpose for the entire comedy would expose the whole fraud
most of the essential skills banks claim American students don't possess (its untrue), have to be taught to the Indians who lied to get their jobs anyway
the robust internal training programs sort of underscore the lies
the joke is a 22 year old indian's resume looking for visa sponsorship will have skills listed it would take 25 years to obtain
US college graduates and US Congressmen don't seem to understand, an average interview process at any major US corporation may have only visa holders doing the interviewing and making the hiring decisions. that's normal now.
and they bring all the hatred, jealousy and bias against Americans they were taught growing up
