job descriptions inflated to absurdity for entry level workers (to exclude all American students), and then the indian candidates are coached how to inflate their resumes to compensate (they lie)

 

any means testing on the job descriptions, successful candidate's actual skills and the purpose for the entire comedy would expose the whole fraud

US college graduates and US Congressmen don't seem to understand, an average interview process at any major US corporation may have only visa holders doing the interviewing and making the hiring decisions. that's normal now.

 

and they bring all the hatred, jealousy and bias against Americans they were taught growing up
