It's always been about about obstructing Congress from doing anything useful, hasn't it? Two years of Mueller, months wasted on impeachment charges that went nowhere, and now a Congressional shutdown via "quarantines" and WuFlu recess. It'll be something else once they can't use the WuFlu panic as an excuse anymore.
