Trump Campaign Says Nearly 40% Of Audience At A South Carolina Rally Were Dems, Independents
My expectation is normal Dems are freaking out about their two terrible choices. They go to rallies to enjoy some camaraderie and not hatred. Don’t be surprised anons if 30-40% of Dems vote for Trump. As a conservative and if they were conservative, I’d have to not vote so I didn’t have that stain on my soul. I suspect the hatred, terror and sky is falling tactic is having the opposite effect. We are all conservative and democrat, we all hold ideas of treating people with respect and giving a hand out to those in need. We are not much different except when the left creates “social injustice disordered people, filled with hate and malice. That’s when people will draw the line. I hope it’s true what Q said 4-6% will be lost, I truly hope that’s true
President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign suggested Monday that more than 15,000 people who attended the president’s rallies in 2020 were Democrats and independents.
Roughly 16% of attendees at a North Charleston, South Carolina rally were black people, 28% of the audience didn’t vote in 2016, and nearly 40% of them were either Democrats or Independents, the Washington Examiner reported, citing campaign sources.
We know from data gathered from rallies that a significant percentage of rally registrants and attendees have voted infrequently in federal elections, but they are motivated to come out to see President Trump,” campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh told the Examiner.
“We also know that the president’s record of accomplishment on behalf of all Americans appeals to a wide swath of voters, including men and women, in all demographics, in all regions. He also speaks to the ‘forgotten Americans’ who politicians have left behind for decades,” he added.
Murtaugh has not responded to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for data breaking down the percentage of people who were Democrats vs. those who identified as Independents.
