LOL I work in architecture/construction/development. (On the front lines of the economy, and have been for 14 years.)
I've NEVER seen it this good. Ever. Not even close. And the best part is that all of the money (corporations and large businesses) are now demanding that we only specify products that are made in America– to avoid delays in the construction schedule.
We literally can't build the buildings fast enough. The demand for design is out of control. (For the first time ever, our company is turning away new clients.)
Go look at every cityscape: Notice the large cranes? That's me.
And my best friend is a logistics officer for the biggest trucking company on the east coast. (Part of the ownership family.) He said business is booming, and has never been better. He only wishes they could find more drivers who are qualified and reliable.
