Property can be held by the LLC instead of by the individual.

There is no legal requirement for the name of the LLC to bear any relationship to the owner's name.

The LLC could be filed in any jurisdiction and, likewise, searching the individual's name may or may not connect them to their LLC.

Which makes digging tough.
