When I'm dosing it. I just put about 12 drops into an 8 oz. glass of water. Then just chug it down. Once a day. It's pretty tolerable, for me at least. If there are side effects, they seem pretty mild to me. Of course do your own research and don't take without a real doctor's approval. I'm not a doctor.
