Dr. Fauci talked yesterday and explained that people over 60 who have a serious medical condition (examples given: COPD chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or diabetes, or are immune compromised e.g. while undergoing chemotherapy for cancer etc.) are more vulnerable.
