I tend to believe this research.

https://drcate.com/list-of-good-fats-and-oils-versus-bad/

But do your own due diligence.

Any oil/fat that is "processed" has been made dangerous.

Nutritional "wisdom" that told us to select polyunsaturated vegetable oils (remember the salad bar craze?), and that animal fats are bad for your heart, is wrong.

The polyunsaturated oils have double bonds which are unstable and when they break, whatever cell membrane incorporated them becomes damaged.

Animal fats on the other hand are the kind of fats that are NORMAL within mammalian bodies.

Also learn the difference between Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats. Concentrated animal feeding operations – the kind that have been used since the 1930s to fatten beef cattle – feed the steers grains, which convert to Omega-3 fats instead of the Omega-6 fats that pastured animals feature moar of.

Much to learn here to upend the incorrect teaching that has been foisted on us for 40 years by the medical establishment.

Woops One big Typo there, sorry.

>Omega-3 fats instead of the Omega-6 fats that pastured animals feature moar of.

Grains, which convert to Omega-6 fats instead of the Omega-3 fats that pastured animals feature moar of.

Pastured (grass-fed) meats have the better kind of animal fat, Omega-3.

Most of us get a lot of Omega-6 but not nearly enough Omega-3. (Fish oil is also a source of Omega-3).

I don't bother with videos but nitrates / nitrites in processed meats convert to nitrosamines, carcinogenic substances, within the body. This anon avoids any meat that is processed with nitrites or nitrates. That would be bacon, ham, hot dogs, etc. You can find processed meats that don't feature nitrates/nitrites but you have to read labels carefully.
