That's not how this works..,
Anyone can have a tripcode on 8kun. Now whether that tripcode is accepted is decided by the board owner. For example, Q's tripcode is allowed on /qresearch/ and projectDcomms. You could go and create a tripcode on another board right now, come back here and try to enter it, but it won't show up all flashy like Q's because it is "blocked" here on /qresearch/
