By the way, do students have the right for a tuition refund?

An online class costs about $200.00 per month total to operate before instructor's salaries. Sometimes these salaries are bypassed by prerecorded instruction used over and over again. Each student is charged $5-35k per semester based on the university. That is, each university receives that much in federal money to invest in hedge funds per student. And so long as the University is technically open online, they still receive that money. Harvard actually offers a lot of courses for free online to the public. Sounds like a case for the law to scrutinize.
