Comey couldn't do anything about Hillary. DOJ would not allow an arrest and bringing HIllary down for the private server would have led to the arrest of Obama too. That would never have been allowed because the leftists would have lost it. The best Comey could do was re-open his investigation right before the election. It was enough to damage Hillary's chances of winning. Loretta Lynch couldn't do anything about it either. It was a actually a brilliant move by Comey.
