This is probably not the case. I'm not sure, but I suspect the ID is just a unique hash based on the IP address of the user and the bread ID (hashed together.) I'm totally guessing.

I wouldn't focus on the ID having anything to do with anything identifying. It might as well be random per bread for each user.
