The Israelites that split off were cut off from God because of their idolatry, sex-magic occultism (Baal/Moloch and Ashtoreth), and divination (etc.), and as a result were conquered by the Assyrians and Babylonians.
Their land, which once belonged to the Canaaniites (which is where these occult practices originated), was subseuently filled with NON-Israelites who took up their homes in those cities. The REAL Jews were in Babylon in captivity while the fake "jews" of today were seeded into the promised land that TEN tribes of Israel forfeited by forsaking God and turning after idols, sex worship, and child sacrifice of the Canaanites.

But I was shopping for a new laptop battery (this thing is ANCIENT by today's standards), and Amazon was willing to throw in a keyboard - which has been damaged ever since I got this machine second-hand. I fix computers, and years ago I took this laptop in payment because I needed the portability to fix peoples' PC's in stores around town. But it's always been missing the "i" key. after over a decade it's finally getting on my nerves KEK.
