POTUS is a genius, getting rid of federal payroll tax the way due to the (deep-state corona virus) is absolutely brilliant.
Just think if POTUS tried to bring this through congress, dems wouldn't allow it.
Especially In regards to any sort of quick time frame, drawing up the bill, and putting it through the house.
To top it off the bill would of been tacked full of earmarks.
