does anyone have any idea what these are?
in germany, i have seen 2 in the past week.
looked them up, it says they are not planes or drones.
high altitude balloon, like loon?
net connection in hard to reach places.
this one is moving a bit.
idk, just figured they prolly do have a few hard to reach places.
these are strange though like they are tethered.
