I saw this before.
The camera guy decided to ask the cop a bunch of questions that cops routinely ask people.
Like, "what cha doin'?"
or, "have you been drinkin?"
Around where I live, cops set up check points and stop cars to see if people are wearing a seat belt or to see if they are driving drunk. And if you try to evade the checkpoint, they will come after you and pull you over for evading a check point. I don't know if it's legal, but they do it.
That's a lot of guns to have to clean.
