Just done some work on a chart using the knowledge I have of W. D. Gann.
The image is attached.
We are looking at a drop of the Dow to approximately the 22,000-23,000 points range.
I have drawn a line to connect the two bottoms that are seen and that line is nearly at a 45 degree angle (shown by the 1:1 ratio dotted box that is there) which is Gann's most important and potent angle that acts on any market. That may not happen this year and as time goes on the point at which the market meets the 45 degree angled line increases.
Anyone can get a more accurate read if they go to the yahoo finance section and do a better job via the simple analysis I have given as the basis for the work.
